1Where do I enter the Promotional Code?
Above where the ticket options start, below the red header that says Tickets in white, in yellow lettering it says Enter Promotional Code. Click here.
2How do I add a Hotel Room?
After you select your ticket option, click on the Order Now button. At the very bottom of the checkout, after you've entered all your details, but above the pay now button it shows Additional Items (Optional.) Click on Hyatt Hotel Rooms and then click on One Night - Two Queen Room to select the room type.
3How do I select which day I want my Hotel Room for?
If you have selected a One Day Ticket, the room will default to the day you selected for your Ticket. If you have selected a Two Day Ticket, but only have a Hotel Room for one night, you will need to email Customer Service at email@example.com and include the following information: -Name Ticket is purchased under -Email address Ticket is purchased under -The day you want the room for, either Friday or Saturday
